Chamber side of the head, sure looks better than the stock chambers.

Some of the Mopar flat heads had an external bypass, some an internal. If you have the internal, and I do, then you need to drill the hole center punched in the picture. Use the gasket to find the center.

Make sure you deburr the hole

Ran a draw file across the surface to ensure that it was cleaned up and flat. Vacuumed out all the holes and wiped it down with solvent. Done.
